It’s time to explore the new cafes in town after a stressful exam week. I’m just so free atm so it doesn’t really matter how far the cafe is haha. The store is just located right in front of the train station which takes you 2 mins for a walk only. Pretty convenience!
The design of the cafe is kinda simple, but modern. To me, it is actually pretty attractive. tbsp serves all day menu so don’t worry about missing the breakfast time. We were greeted by friendly barista and staffs. So we sit down and immediately ordered the food. Even though I didn’t order any drinks, yet, by looking at how the barista works, I did find their passions in coffee making. They treated every single cups of coffees seriously which I appreciate a lot. Though the food wasn’t look nice as we saw on instagram and zomato, but the taste gave it a credit coz it was absolutely amazing! What a great spot anyways!!!
(1) Pork Belly, chorizo & potato hash, onions, peppers, fried egg, sriacha:
The pork belly was so impressive!!! The skin was so crispy, meanwhile, having a very tender meat inside your mouth. I’m still mouthwatering atm haha. The potato hash was kinda crispy as well but the dish was a bit spicy to me. That’s why I didn’t really finish it all. But anyways, highly recommend this dish. The taste does warrant with the price.
(2) Brisket Benedict:
The brisket was so tender and the way they flavored the onions were just on point yeah! Love the soft ciabatta so much. I’m not really a fan of pulled dish but this one did impressed me. Just imagine how yum it was, huh?
