Frisch & Barc @Como

Frisch & Barc
297 Canning Highway, Como, South Perth, Perth, WA

With the simple interior designs and special signature dishes, this little pretty cafe has been popped up in a “to-go”/ “to-eat”/”return” list in most of the diners, included me. The whole team was professional. Foods were above and beyond average even if the long queues existed.

(1) Hot chocolate:
A cafe that serves hot chocolate with toasted marshmallows were slightly rare in Perth. But working with that 33% koko deluxe chocolate, this little beauty cafe simply gave me a warm morning.

Hot chocolate served with toasted Amercian style marshmallows ($4.2)

(2) Black Angus corned beef potato hash:
A rich and substantial dish reminded me the taste of Asian foods. The whole combination was absolutely amazing and perfectly matched. The crispy hash was hot enough for such a cold winter. Absolutely love it.

Black Angus corned beef potato hash || Kale, fried egg and sriracha soy ($23.9)

(3) Sweetcorn and zucchini fritters:
Not a fan of corn fritters but this one was alright to me. Beautiful golden skins, crisp but warm and soft inside, as well as the perfect proportions between corns and zucchini. It was very filling also.

Processed with VSCO with c1 preset
Sweetcorn and zucchini fritters || smoked salmon, smashed avocado, side of tomato chutney and snow pea tendrills ($20.9)
